By submitting this electronic form I certify that everything stated in this application is correct and that I have read, understand, and agree to the Privacy Policy. I authorize the seller, its agents, assigns, and other financial institutions to check my credit and employment history and to answer questions others may ask about my credit record with the Lender in order to evaluate the financing options that can be provided. I understand that I must update credit information at the Lender's request if my financial condition changes. I have also read and fully understand the disclosures specific to my state of residency.
